AgenceWeb SA strictly prohibits site partners and mailpro ™ users to engage in illegal emailing activities, such as the transmission of unsolicited advertising or unauthorized "junk mail," "spam," "scam" or other forms of solicitation.

In case of non respect of AgenceWeb SA general terms and conditions and special clauses related to mailpro ™, the customer account will be deleted and information will be given to the complainant who wishes to follow the case to court.

What can you do if you receive a SPAM?

1. Firstly, we must inform us in case of SPAM through our form to the fight against spam.

2. We will contact the user in order to understand what’s happening and we will suspend the account in case of SPAM. In any case, your email will be removed from its lists.

3. We will inform you of the outcome of your application.

4. In case of complaint, we will provide the information required.
